Services

Start with the business bottleneck.

No one-size-fits-all AI pitch. We map the process, agree on an outcome, then build and test the smallest useful system.

  • Lead response systems

Capture, qualify, route, notify, and follow up with clear stop conditions.

    • GHL forms, pipelines and tags
    • Routing by service, with duplicate checks
    • Reply-aware follow-up that stops when the customer replies
  • Supplier quote workflows

Match suppliers, send accurate requests, log coverage, and surface exceptions.

    • n8n matching by trade and city
    • Separate requests to each supplier
    • CRM notes and dated follow-up tasks in GHL
  • CRM and reporting

Connect GHL and business data so the team can see next steps and performance.

    • Owner and marketing dashboards
    • Daily reporting from your pipeline
    • Totals reconciled to source data
  • Automation care

Document, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflows after launch.

    • Clear statuses and useful alerts
    • Safe retries and recovery steps
    • Handover notes your team can follow

A responsible build process

  1. 1. Map

Understand the current process, exceptions, data and success measure.

  2. 2. Scope

Agree what is included, what needs paid accounts, and how acceptance works.

  3. 3. Build & test

Use test records first; handle duplicates, missing data and failed actions.

  4. 4. Hand over

Document ownership, monitoring, recovery and next improvements.

Projects

Connected systems for one home-service story.

Capture demand, coordinate the work, and show the team what needs attention.

Portfolio note: these projects were completed as structured training assignments in my LOOP Institute of Applied AI course, built for Elite Home Renovations, a practice account, using test or demo data. They show implementation skills. They are not paid client deployments or independently audited savings.

From site visit to supplier quote

When a job reaches the site-visit stage, n8n checks the project details, matches active suppliers by trade and city, sends individual quote requests, then records the result and a follow-up task in GoHighLevel.

  • Duplicate-safe request cycles
  • Partial matches and failures are visible
  • CRM notes and dated follow-up tasks

What the evidence says

Tested
One Full Home test run: four matching suppliers, four emails accepted by Gmail, zero send failures in that run, CRM follow-up recorded.
Not confirmed
Accepted by Gmail does not mean delivered.
Estimate
About 17 hours a month saved, based on an assumed eight site visits each week. Not a measured result.

About

Business-first automation, built with care.

I am Waqar Ahmed, a GoHighLevel and n8n automation professional based in Khairpur District, Sindh, Pakistan. My portfolio work focuses on the practical operations of renovation and home-service businesses: inquiries, appointments, supplier pricing, customer updates, and reporting.

Before automation, I spent about eight years in branch banking operations at MCB Bank. I have worked in AI automation since May 2022.

I aim to make systems understandable to the people who use them: clear statuses, safe retries, useful alerts, and honest reporting about what an automation did.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a GoHighLevel account?

Yes. I build inside your GoHighLevel account, so you own the workflows, contacts and data.

Will you need my password?

No. I ask for a team-member invite with the access the work needs, never your password.

When do you use n8n instead of GoHighLevel alone?

GoHighLevel runs the CRM process: forms, pipelines, calendars, follow-up and tasks. I add n8n when the work needs integration, data handling or exception paths that GoHighLevel can't do well alone, such as matching suppliers from a sheet or building reports.

What will it cost to run?

Running costs depend on your own plans, such as your GoHighLevel subscription, n8n hosting and any email or SMS usage. We list these in the scope before any build starts, so there are no surprises.

How do you test before going live?

I build with test records first and check normal cases, duplicates, missing data and failed actions against tests we agree in the scope. Then I hand over with notes on ownership, monitoring and recovery.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Automation care covers documenting, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving workflows after launch. We agree the details together.

Are the projects on this site client work?

No. They are training projects built for Elite Home Renovations, a practice account in my LOOP Institute of Applied AI course, using test or demo data. Results are labelled as tested in a sample run or as estimates.
